Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC aged in Anfora - 2021

Dolcenera is produced exclusively with Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes. It is fermented in steel tanks for 20 days. Then it is aged in amphora for 8 months.
This process gives to the wine an excellent structure and good persistence, and the mico-oxigention gives by the amphora makes soft tannins and a remarkable freshness and the wine, even if very young is not aggressive.
Features that makes this wine very drinkable.
The production is very small only 900 bottles a year.
